Ever since Kyabje Trulsik Rinpoche passed away on September 2nd, 2011, finding his Reincarnation (Yangsi) has been awaited with great hope and deep devotion, especially in the Sherpas & Tibetans Buddhist Nyingma Tradition living in all over the world.
On 29th of May 2018, Saga Dawa day, we are all over joy to hear that His Holiness 4th Dodrupchen Rinpoche, Kyabje Dodrup Thupten Thinley Palbar (one of the most important living masters in the Nyingma and Dzogchen traditions) Chorten Gonpa Monastery, Tadong, Gangtok, Sikkim, India recently made this kind proclamation that a son born to the father, Ngawang Jigdrel Chokyi Wangchuk, the lineage holder of Maratika Lama, and the mother Orgyen Dolma is an Unmistaken Recognition of supreme reincarnation of His Holiness Late Trulshik Rinpoche.

The helicopter landed in Monastery helipad around 10:50 AM with Yangsi and parents, (Sang sol) the juniper incense burned and group of welcoming monks played with Buddhist chanting instrument, greeted by senior monks from monastery. His Eminent Sangye Jatu Rimporche, HE Sangsang Rimporche, other high ranking Rimporche, senior monks and Nuns process to the monastery where with great joy and excitement lined up including Monks, Nuns and thousands of devotees dress up with their best cloths along the way to the monastery.
Yangsi entered to the old monastery with grand ceremony and held dress changing ceremony. Later he was brought in the main monastery hall where his late Trulsik Rinpoche Kudung is. Yangsi was put on a lower Throne for while where purifying ceremony puja held by HE Sangsang Rinporche. Then later he was put on the main Throne where he sat with great joy. For his long and fruitful life, the puja began by offering mendal by by both rinporches, other high lamas, parents, from the monastery, different local organization. After the lunch for the public who gathered there lined up and offered gift and Khatas and got blessing until late evening. (above 3000 people)
The focal point of todays ceremony the Yangsi his unique behavior filled the hearts of everyone, as it will continue to do during his many years to come.
